Our team brings extensive experience in designing and delivering enrichment programmes.

Raymond (left) has a strong background in the tuition and enrichment industry, with deep insights into the diverse learning needs of children. His collaboration with enrichment providers and close engagement with parents and educators enable him to develop after-school programmes that support holistic child development. 

Eric (right) has spent over a decade at NTUC First Campus, leading initiatives in corporate communications, marketing, and business development. As Business Director, he oversees the group’s enrichment operations and played a key role in launching Outdoor School, which contributes to the holistic development of 15,000 children annually. Eric also serves on the school management committee at Assumption Pathway School, reinforcing his commitment to shaping future generations. 

Our curriculum development team ensures that our after-school and student care programmes remain innovative, engaging, and relevant to children’s real-world needs. 

Kai Ting (middle) is an experienced educator with over 14 years of experience working with young children. As a former Principal in leading private preschools, she brings in-depth expertise in early childhood education and curriculum development, allowing her to craft proprietary learning programmes that shape young minds. 

Mindy (right) is an innovation-driven intrapreneur with a track record of launching and scaling multi-national services and products. With experience in design thinking, brand development, and strategic planning, she ensures that Changemakers’ enrichment curriculum is future-focused, equipping children with life skills that prepare them to be tomorrow’s leaders.

A graduate of the University of Michigan and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mindy benefitted from seven years in Singapore’s Gifted Education Programme (GEP) in the 1990s — a legacy continued by both her children, who are currently in the GEP. Her deep understanding of academic excellence and innovation in education informs the high standards and forward-thinking design of the programmes at Changemakers.

Our teaching team, including passionate educators like Theresa, Julie, and Syariffah and Qin Xuan is dedicated to nurturing confident and capable individuals. With a blend of experience in early childhood to primary education, STEM learning, and years of teaching across different levels, they bring creativity and care to every lesson.

Focused on building essential life skills and encouraging curiosity, they create meaningful learning experiences that help children think critically and adapt to new challenges. United in their mission, they prepare every child to thrive and lead in a changing world.

Theresa

Theresa is an experienced educator with over 22 years in the classroom, driven by a deep passion for helping children discover their strengths and realise their full potential. She previously served as a teaching specialist with the Ministry of Education, where she taught at prestigious schools such as St. Nicholas Girls’ School and Raffles Institution. Beyond her professional life, Theresa is a proud mother of six, and her home – shared with two lively dogs and three chatty parrots – is filled with energy, laughter, and constant learning. She believes that every day presents an opportunity to turn curiosity into discovery, and she brings that same spirit of joy, creativity, and adventure into every learning experience. At Changemakers, Theresa blends her strong academic foundation with a nurturing, child-centric approach to make learning meaningful, memorable, and fun.

Ruru

Syariffah – affectionately known by her students as Ms. Ruru, a nod to the New Zealand owl and her own night owl tendencies – is a passionate educator with over five years of experience teaching Mathematics from K2 to Secondary 4 Additional Mathematics. Her approach blends academic rigour with creativity, using storytelling, inquiry-based learning, and process drama to make complex concepts accessible and engaging. Beyond the classroom, she has trained educators, designed innovative curricula, and developed enrichment programmes that integrate life skills. Guided by her teaching philosophy of Protecting, Inspiring, and Nurturing young minds, Syariffah empowers students to think critically, solve problems confidently, and grow into individuals who will help shape a brighter future.

Julie

Julie is an early childhood educator who believes that meaningful learning happens everywhere – from structured classrooms to outdoor adventures. With a deep commitment to developing life skills in young children, she supports them through challenges with empathy, creativity, and encouragement. Her journey in education has been shaped by diverse experiences, including volunteer work and community engagement, which inform her child-centred, holistic approach. Julie is passionate about building safe, fun, and supportive environments where children feel confident to explore, ask questions, and grow into resilient, curious individuals ready to thrive in an ever-changing world.

Qin Xuan

Qin Xuan brings a versatile skillset to her role in backend operations and strategy, supporting the broader mission of education through thoughtful, behind-the-scenes contributions. A marketing graduate with cross-functional experience across various domains in the organisation, she finds deep fulfilment in enabling systems and programmes that help children flourish. Her goal is to ensure every initiative contributes to inspiring the next generation of happy, confident, and driven learners – laying the groundwork for a brighter, more empowered future.
