About Us
Our Belief
Recognising the evolving needs of modern families, we set out to design a flexible and enriching environment where children can grow into confident, independent individuals. More than just a place for homework supervision, our programme nurtures essential life skills like resilience, problem-solving, and communication—qualities that shape future-ready learners.
At Changemakers by Seed Campus, we believe that education should go beyond academics—it should inspire, empower, and prepare children for the future. Our journey began with a simple yet powerful idea: to create a holistic after-school programme that seamlessly integrates student care and enrichment, giving families a trusted, all-in-one solution for their children’s development.

Our approach is deeply rooted in experiential learning, guided by our EXRAE framework—Experience, Reflect, Assimilate, Experiment. Inspired by research-backed pedagogies such as Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory and Harvard’s Project Zero Thinking Routines, we embed these methodologies into our curriculum to cultivate curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in every child.
At the heart of Changemakers is a team of passionate, MOE-experienced educators who are dedicated to guiding children through meaningful learning experiences. Our thoughtfully designed learning spaces strike a balance between structured education, self-exploration, and rest—creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired.
Understanding that every family’s needs are different, we offer flexible three-day to five-day after-school care options, along with standalone enrichment classes and holiday programmes. Partnering with established enrichment providers, we ensure that every child has access to high-quality learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom.
Conveniently located at Parkway Parade, our centre serves families in Marine Parade and surrounding areas, providing a nurturing space where children can develop into future-ready Changemakers.

Shaping the Changemakers Child

Our Team
Our team brings extensive experience in designing and delivering enrichment programmes.
Raymond (left) has a strong background in the tuition and enrichment industry, with deep insights into the diverse learning needs of children. His collaboration with enrichment providers and close engagement with parents and educators enable him to develop after-school programmes that support holistic child development.
Eric (right) has spent over a decade at NTUC First Campus, leading initiatives in corporate communications, marketing, and business development. As Business Director, he oversees the group’s enrichment operations and played a key role in launching Outdoor School, which contributes to the holistic development of 15,000 children annually. Eric also serves on the school management committee at Assumption Pathway School, reinforcing his commitment to shaping future generations.

Our curriculum development team ensures that our after-school and student care programmes remain innovative, engaging, and relevant to children’s real-world needs.
Kai Ting (middle) is an experienced educator with over 14 years of experience working with young children. As a former Principal in leading private preschools, she brings in-depth expertise in early childhood education and curriculum development, allowing her to craft proprietary learning programmes that shape young minds.
Mindy (right) is an innovation-driven intrapreneur with a track record of launching and scaling multi-national services and products. With experience in design thinking, brand development, and strategic planning, she ensures that Changemakers’ enrichment curriculum is future-focused, equipping children with life skills that prepare them to be tomorrow’s leaders.
A graduate of the University of Michigan and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mindy benefitted from seven years in Singapore’s Gifted Education Programme (GEP) in the 1990s — a legacy continued by both her children, who are currently in the GEP. Her deep understanding of academic excellence and innovation in education informs the high standards and forward-thinking design of the programmes at Changemakers.

Our teaching team, including passionate educators like Theresa, Julie, and Syariffah (Teacher Ruru), brings a wealth of experience from the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the early childhood sector.
With backgrounds spanning early childhood to primary education, STEM learning, and years of teaching across various levels, they are dedicated to nurturing confident, capable individuals. Their MOE experience informs their approach, ensuring alignment with the national curriculum while fostering essential life skills, curiosity, and adaptability.
Committed to meaningful learning, they empower children to think critically, solve problems creatively, and thrive in an ever-evolving world.
