Where Experience Sparks Growth

At Changemakers, we understand that children thrive when they learn through direct experience. Our unique curriculum is built around a 4-step pedagogical approach called EXRAE – Experience, Reflect, Assimilate, Experiment. Inspired by David Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory (Kolb, 1984), this approach ensures that children develop essential life skills while staying engaged, motivated, and excited to learn.

* Project Zero’s Thinking Routine Toolbox is a collection of structured approaches designed to promote deep thinking & understanding, that is founded by Harvard Graduate School of Education

In addition to the EXRAE methodology, we integrate Harvard’s Project Zero Thinking Routine Toolbox into our curriculum. This helps children develop critical thinking strategies, foster imagination and curiosity, and encourages open exploration of ideas—skills that extend far beyond academic learning.
